Chungjungone marinade is made with Korean pear and apple puree and red wine and various vegetables to soften the texture of the meat. Also used naturally brewed soy sauce.

Chungjungone marinade can be used of all kinds of meat, but also can be used for mushrooms or tofus for vegetarian meal. Spicy marinade contains Korean traditional rice and Korean chili pepper and plum concentrate which removes the smell of fat and helps tenderizing the meat.

If you marinade the meat or fish at least for 30 minutes before cooking, it makes the meat more tasty and tender.
