- radishes, sliced
- tbsp. Gochujang (Gluten free)
- sauekraut, ready-made
- potatoes, peeled
- tbsp. vegetable oil
- tbsp. Soy sauce
- tbsp. Honey
- Clove of garlic, finely sliced
- tbsp. Sesame oil
- tbsp. Ssamjang
- tbsp. Brown rice vinegar
- tbsp. sugar
- Chili pepper, finely chopped
- tbsp. sesame seeds
- tbsp. chili flakes
Pork chops with potatoes and kimchi
Step 1
Marinade the pork chops for one hour.
Step 2
Parboil the potatoes.
Step 3
Make a marinade sauce for the potatoes with the sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds and Ssamjang.
Step 4
Fry the potatoes with a marinade sauce over.
Step 5
Fry the marinaded pork chops in the oil until it gets tender.
Step 6
Make the dressing for the cucumber by mixing the rice vinegar with sugar and chili pepper, and mix the Gochujang (Korean chili sauce) with the sauerkraut.
Step 7
Place the pork chops, potatoes and the sauerkraut on a plate. Garnish the sauerkraut with chili flakes and the potatoes with coriander. Serve with the radishes and cucumber.
