Daesang Europe B.V. is a part of the world-wide company of Daesang Corporation in Seoul, South Korea. Daesang Europe B.V. is established in the Netherlands as the European branch for the company. We are focusing on the core-competence businesses like the foods related products, Business to Business, also using Miwon as brand name for some products. Daesang Europe also has consumer food products, the “Chung Jung One” brand.

Daesang Europe does not require more information from its customers and visitors to the website than necessary for the purposes mentioned below. Daesang Europe processes name, email address and telephone number of the contact persons of her customers, to be able to communicate and execute the agreement with customers. On the website of Chung Jung One, name, surname and e-mail address can be filled in without any obligation and will only be used to communicate or answer the question that is raised, e-mail address can also be filled in to sign up for the newsletter and is used by Daesang to send the newsletter. The processing of personal data by Daesang Europe takes place in the manner described above and is necessary for the performance of an agreement with our customers, to comply with a legal obligation, for the representation of legitimate interests, or is based on given consent. Given permission can always be withdrawn.
Daesang Europe does not share personal data with third parties unless this is necessary for the provision of services (i.e. for delivery services), or if Daesang Europe is legally obliged to do so.
