- g Minced meat
- g Basmati rice
- large leaves of pointed cabbage, boiled for 3 minutes
- Carrots, julienned
- red bell peppers, cut into large pieces
- tbsp. Korean BBQ Bulgogi Beef
- tbsp. Ssamjang
Pointed cabbage rolls with Korean minced meat
Step 1
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Step 2
Mix the minced meat with the marinade.
Step 3
Cook the peppers for 15 minutes until soft.
Step 4
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat until cooked
Step 5
Place the pointed cabbage leaves on a working surface and spoon a piece of pepper, rice, carrot and minced meat onto the hard end of the leaf.
Step 6
Fold the leaves inwards and roll up. Serve the rolls with soybean paste.
