
Ingredients
- kg spare ribs
- tbsp. Korean BBQ Galbi Pork
- tbsp. Olive oil
- tsp. salt
- tbsp. Honey
- tbsp. water
- chilli pepper
- Spring onions,
- tbsp. sesame seeds
BBQ Spareribs
Step 1
Make a marinade from the BBQ Galbi Sauce, olive oil and salt.
Step 2
Marinate the spareribs for at least 30 minutes and preferably overnight.
Step 3
Finely chop the red chilli pepper and slice the spring onion into rings.
Step 4
Mix the honey and water together in a bowl to a smooth liquid.
Step 5
Grill the ribs in the middle of a pre-warmed oven and baste them with the honey mix every 10 minutes.
Step 6
When the spareribs are ready to be served, garnish with spring onion, red chilli pepper and sesame seeds.
Step 7
Serve with salad and potatoes or with fried rice.
*Instead of a grill pan, you can also grill the chicken on a barbecue.
