- g Beef fillet
- tbsp. Korean BBQ Bulgogi Beef
- tsp. salt
- tbsp. Olive oil
- Red Cabbage,
- g Coriander
- tbsp. Sour Cream
- pack of Mini tortillas
- lime, sliced
Marinate the beef fillet in the BBQ Bulgogi Sauce, salt and oil 1 night in advance.
Slice the beef into thin strips shortly before grilling.
Finely slice the cabbage and remove the leaves from the coriander.
Heat a grill pan and grill the beef strips until just cooked.
Heat the tortillas in a grill pan and garnish with the meat, coriander, sour cream and red cabbage.
