
Ingredients
- g Basmati rice
- slices of Belly pork
- tbsp. Korean BBQ Bulgogi pork
- tbsp. Korean BBQ Bulgogi Beef
- tbsp. Soy sauce
- Carrots, diced
- Leek, sliced into half-rings
- Onion, chopped
- Clove of garlic, finely chopped
Belly pork with fried rice
Step 1
Marinate the slices of belly pork for one hour.
Step 2
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Step 3
Fry the onion, garlic and chilli pepper for a few minutes. Then gradually add the leek, carrot and peas to the pan.
Step 4
Mix the soy sauce and chilli sauce. Add the mixture to the vegetables and then add the rice. Stir fry a little so that everything is heated through and coated in the sauce.
Step 5
Fry the pork in a pan until cooked and tender. Serve the fried rice and belly pork together.
