- shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- Carrots, sliced thinly
- cucumber, sliced thinly
- g spinach
- tbsp. seasame seed
- g Minced beef
- tbsp. Korean BBQ Bulgogi Beef
- g bean sprout
- g white rice
- leaves Seasoned seaweed with olive oil
Mix the minced beef with the marinade.
Fry the beef with the marinade in a frying pan for about 7 minutes until cooked.
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Meanwhile, fry the eggs.
Fry the shiitake mushrooms in oil until brown and remove from the frying pan.
Then fry the spinach for a few minutes in the same pan.
Cover the rice equally with the carrot, cucumber, bean sprouts, shiitake, spinach and minced beef.
Top the dish with sesame seeds, torn seaweed leaves and the eggs.
