- g Beef
- ml Soy sauce
- tbsp Black pepper
- g sugar
- Clove of garlic,
- ml water
- tbsp Honey
Cut the beef fillet across the grain. Mix all ingredients – soy sauce, black pepper, sugar, garlic, onion, pear, water, honey – in the blender to turn it into a marinade. (Or use Korean BBQ bulgogi beef which is all-in-all at once!)
Place the meat in the marinade for about 30minutes.
Then grill the meat in a hot grill pan. Place the meat on a lettuce leaf.
Serve it with some CJO Gochujang sauce and a refreshing cucumber salad.
