
Ingredients
- g Chicken wings
- tbsp salt
- ml vegetable oil
- Spring onions, Thin sliced
- Onion, Chopped
- Peanut, Chopped
- tbsp Soy sauce
- tbsp Corn syrup
- tbsp Brown rice vinegar
- tbsp Frying mix
Fried chicken with sliced spring onion
Step 1
Sprinkle the salt over the chicken wings and cover with frying mix.
Step 2
Fry in hot oil for 7 to 8 minutes. (or 15 minutes in the air fryer. When you use air fryer, spray enough oil over the chicken wings.)
Step 3
Make a sauce with mixture of soy sauce, chopped onion, corn syrup, brown rice vinegar.
Step 4
Slice the spring onion with the length as thin as you can
Step 5
Soak sliced spring onion into cold water for 5 minutes to remove the spicy taste
Step 6
Drain the water from the spring onion and hand mix with soy sauce mixture.
Step 7
Cover the chicken with seasoned spring onion and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
