- tbsp. Korean BBQ Bulgogi Beef
- g Minced beef
- Carrots, julienned
- cucumber, julienned
- g sushi rice
- tbsp. sushi vinegar
- sachet Dried and Salted Seaweed
- tbsp. Soy sauce
- tbsp. icing sugar
- tbsp. Cho Gochujang
Cook the sushi rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Mix the mined beef with the marinade.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the minced beef until cooked.
Mix the soy sauce with the icing sugar.
Spread the seaweed with the sushi rice, cucumber and/or carrot.
Fold double and eat as a snack. The sweetened soy sauce and the chilli sauce are served as dip sauces.
