
Ingredients
- burger bun
- g Minced beef
- Spring onions, Thinly sliced
- tbsp Korean BBQ Bulgogi Beef
- Rucola, Handful of
- Kimchi, Handful of
- tbsp Mayonnaise
- slice Cheese
Korean kimchi burger
Step 1
Place the beef mince in a large bowl and add the thinly sliced spring onion, CJO Korean BBQ sauce and salt and pepper. Thoroughly mix and shape into a nice burger patty.
Step 2
Heat a pan, add olive oil and a little butter.
Step 3
Place the burger in the pan and pan-fry 3 minutes on each side.
Place a slice of cheese on top and fry for another 2 minutes at low heat.
Step 4
Leave the burger to rest. Cut the bun in half and toast both sides.
Step 5
Mix the garlic into the mayonnaise and spread it on the bun.
Add some rucola and place the burger on top. Use the Kimchi as topping.
