
Ingredients
- g Pancake mix
- ml water
- scampi, cut into small pieces
- Spring onions, halved and cut into pieces
- tbsp. Soy sauce
- tbsp. Cho Gochujang
Korean Pancakes
Step 1
Put the Pancake mix in a bowl.
Step 2
Gradually pour in the water, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
Step 3
Stir the scampi into the batter.
Step 4
Heat oil in a frying pan and then spoon in the batter using a soup spoon.
Step 5
When the pancakes are cooked, sprinkle them with pieces of asparagus and spring onion.
Step 6
Serve the pancakes with the chilli sauce or soy sauce.
