- g chicken leg fillet
- tbsp Honey
- tsp. salt
- Clove of garlic, crushed
- tbsp. Korean BBQ Spicy Chicken
- chilli pepper,
- Spring onions,
- cup white rice
- tsp. sesame seeds
Lettuce Wraps with Seasoned Chicken
Marinate the chicken leg fillets in the Spicy Marinade for Chicken, salt, garlic and honey.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes in advance and preferably overnight.
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Finely chop the red chilli pepper and slice the spring onion into rings.
Heat a grill pan and grill the chicken on both sides.
Make a wrap from a lettuce leaf, spoon in some rice and top with a piece of chicken.
Garnish with spring onion, red chilli pepper and some sesame seeds.
