- tbsp. Lemon juice
- Chinese cabbage, sliced thinly
- sachet Dried Seaweed
Noodle Salad with Seaweed, Avocado, and Spring Onion
Step 1
Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
Step 2
Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the packet.

Soak the seaweed in cold water for 3 minutes and then squeeze dry.
Step 4
Place the noodles in a serving dish and mix with the spring onion, Chinese cabbage and seaweed.

Stir the dressing into the salad and serve.
