- cups sushi rice
- tsp. Sesame oil
- packets Seasoned seaweed with olive oil
Seasoned Rice Balls
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet and season with sesame oil.
Cover the rise with a tea towel to prevent it from drying out and allow it to cool.
Wet your hands before shaping the rice into balls.
You can decide for yourself which ingredients you are going to combine.
Wrap a ball of rice in a leaf of dried seaweed.
This is also delicious dipped in soy sauce.
