Spicy Galbijjim (Steamed beef rib)

Step 1
Make cuts on ribs and place in cold water for at least 30 minutes to drain blood from meat.

Step 2
Skim off grease by blanching ribs in boiling water.

Step 3
Put ribs and into a pot and pour plenty of water and bring it to boil. When it starts to boil up on high heat, boil down for 1 hour on low heat.

Step 4
Add bite-size vegetables and nuts when stock is half gone and add Chungjungone BBQ Spicy Galbi sauce & marinade.

Step 5
Finish by adding sesame oil to ribs when it becomes tender and the sauce marinated properly.
