- sliced Belly pork
- tbsp Gochujang (Gluten free)
- tbsp Sesame oil
- tbsp sugar
- tbsp ginger syrup
- Clove of garlic,
Spicy marinated pork
Step 1
Place the brown sugar, ginger syrup, garlic and Gochujang in a bowl
Step 2
Mix them well and add the thinly sliced pork belly to a bowl. Marinate the meat for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Heat a wok add the sesame oil. Pan-fry the pork belly until it’s well-done. Serve with rice.
