- baby broccoli, parboiled
- Spring onions, sliced into rings
- g bean curd
- tbsp. Doenjang
- L water
- tbsp. Soy sauce
- tbsp. Brown rice vinegar
- sachet Dried Seaweed
Vegetable Soup with Bean Curd
Boil the water with the soybean paste, soy sauce and rice vinegar.
Add the seaweed and allow to soften.
Add the paksoi, mangetouts, bimi, spring onion and bean curd.
Serve the soup in bowls.
